The goal of the CCBHC model is to be an all-in-one provider. At HDC, barriers to access are removed through our internal referral process. When a community member comes to us, we’re able to offer therapy, psychiatry, substance use services, employment connection services, assistance with housing, medication-assisted treatment, child behavioral health services, crisis response, and more.
