The Harmony Center is a drop-in community outreach center where you can meet new friends, learn new skills, and be accepted for who you are. Harmony Center is staffed by HDC Certified Peer Specialists. We have coffee, puzzles, art supplies, board games, and more. Join us!

The Waterfront Center is located at 606 2nd Avenue Two Harbors and all community members are welcome with children under 18 accompanied by an adult. The goal of the Waterfront Center is to be a place where any community member can drop by to experience activities, crafts, down-time, games, and more. This center is staffed by HDC behavioral health professionals who are available to the community.

The Waterfront Center also does 1-2 outings a month that any community member can join. Past outings have been shopping in Duluth, Movies, Vista Fleet, Gooseberry, Split Rock, and more!
The Waterfront Center is a great place to find great conversation, snacks and coffee.
In addition to daytime services, the Waterfront Centers hosts a Teen Night every Monday from 4:30-7 pm. Teens between the ages of 12-18 are welcome to attend weekly activities including movie nights, learning to cook, game night and craft night or learning life skills. HDC clients and community members are welcome to join and staff provider a safe and structed environment to all. Some snacks and beverages will be provided, and teens can come and go as they please. The goal is to provide a welcoming and safe space, while being able to socialize with peers and other community members.

The Outreach Center is a drop-in community outreach center drop-in center located in Cloquet. All Community members are welcome with children under 18 accompanied by an adult. The Outreach Center is staffed by HDC staff, peer support, and volunteers. Drop in to say hello, have some coffee snacks, and chat.
Free Meals are offered every Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm – stop in to eat or grab one of our to-go lunch boxes.
Women’s Group every Tuesday 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm.
Win prizes at Bingo Wednesday’s 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm.
Join us for our bridges program that bridges folks over to the section 8 housing program with the long-term housing program for those experiencing homelessness.
Join the Outreach Center for our Annual Fundraiser May 19, 2022 from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm. There will be a 50/50 raffle, a silent auction, and dinner!
