Sometimes living with a mental illness makes maintaining independent living a difficult thing to do. Residents of the Outreach Center Apartments in Cloquet, MN, have available an array of services designed to help them succeed in their apartment and maximize their potential in their community.
Services available include housing assistance, medication monitoring, employability support, outreach, crisis assistance, education and support, and assistance with daily living activities. People eligible for the apartments must meet certain criteria including meeting HUD’s definition of homeless, being disabled, and having a mental illness as well as meeting income eligibility.
