FEP uses NAVIGATE, a team-based treatment focused on resiliency and recovery. When enrolled, you and your family meet with a mental health professional to answer questions and discuss a treatment plan based on your needs.
HDC offers five FEP services:
- Support in learning skills, coping with stress, and identifying your strengths
- Education and care for you and your support team
- Help with staying in or returning to work and school
- Assistance in obtaining community resources
- Counseling on medications to reduce symptoms and prevent relapses
